Konu: Facts

I've been studying World War I history recently and came across some interesing facts:

According to research by Stanford Shaw and Yusuf Halaçoğlu:

Fact: The Armenian population within the Ottoman Empire did not (could'nt have) exceeded 1.4 million (even though Armenians and their colaborators fancy a number close to 3 million).


Fact: Less than 400k Armenians were deported

Fact: The afore mentioned number (400k) is consisted of only Armenian terrorists (members of Taşnaksutyen and Hınçak), millitant orthodox Armenians etc. Catholics, Protestants, the elderly and the young were excluded.

Fact: The deportations were successful in the sense that almost 300k Armenians arrived safely in their designated areas in Syria (then the richest province in the crumbling Empire).

Fact: The Armenians that did die were killed by a number of causes ranging from contagious diseases, famine (there is a war going on so supplies were low), highway robbers etc.

This list can go on and on, the problem is it won'T do any good. No matter what anyone says, the powerful Armenian lobies in USA, France and Switzerland will always be one step ahead of us. Though we offered our resources and partnership to the Armenian scholars, they refused, but it doesn't change the fact that the world pities them and despises us Turks.



Notef there are any Turkish Americans reading this, I beg you, please organize lobby actions, stop the Armenian influence on the Congress.
